INSTEP SIZING INFORMATION
FitFlop footwear only comes in whole sizes. If your feet fall somewhere between, opt up a size if you have wide feet or a high instep, and down if you have narrow feet or a low instep. In the US, most people size down to the nearest whole size. In the rest of the world, people generally size up. The upper bands on the FitFlop sandals do NOT stretch.
FIT
- FITFLOP shoes/clogs may be worn barefoot or with properly fitting socks.
- To ensure your shoes/clogs fit, take 20-30 brisk walking steps in them, then look at your heels to make sure they are not being pushed off the back of the footbed. If they are, you need to SIZE UP.
- NOTE FOR SUEDE SHOES/CLOGS: Suede is a natural product. On colour-dyed footwear, some initial colour transfer onto skin or clothing should be expected. This will diminish with wear.
Our HAPPY GOGHS are made with microfibre-lined patent leather that has been anti-bacterial AEGIS™ treated to help prevent odours.
If your HAPPY GOGHS get WET on the inside, stuff them with towels and let them dry naturally–away from direct heat or sunlight–for at least 24 hours. To clean the patent-leather upper, simply wipe with a damp cloth or patent-leather cleaner.
DO NOT PUT IN THE WASHING MACHINE/DRYER.
EXPECT SOME LAUGH LINES WHEN YOU WEAR THIS HAPPY GOGH!
Any patent-leather footwear product will develop wrinkles and fold lines with wear. It’s part of the character of the shoe, and will vary depending on the physiology of your feet. If you don’t think you’ll like your new pair of shiny, crease-free clogs once they’ve earned a few ‘laugh lines’, we wouldn’t suggest you invest.
If you’ve just ordered a pair of HAPPY GOGHS, be aware that wrinkles in the patent are to be expected and unfortunately we cannot accept returns due to ‘wear and tear’ once your clogs have been worn!
