FitFlop footwear has the potential to increase muscle activity duration and workload, so should be used progressively. INSTEP SIZING INFORMATION
FitFlop footwear only comes in whole sizes. If your feet fall somewhere between, opt up a size if you have wide feet or a high instep, and down if you have narrow feet or a low instep. In the US, most people size down to the nearest whole size. In the rest of the world, people generally size up. The upper bands on the FitFlop sandals do NOT stretch.
FIT
- FITFLOP shoes/clogs may be worn barefoot or with properly fitting socks.
- To ensure your shoes/clogs fit, take 20-30 brisk walking steps in them, then look at your heels to make sure they are not being pushed off the back of the footbed. If they are, you need to SIZE UP.
- NOTE FOR SUEDE SHOES/CLOGS: Suede is a natural product. On colour-dyed footwear, some initial colour transfer onto skin or clothing should be expected. This will diminish with wear.

FITFLOP shoes/clogs are built on microfibre-lined footbeds that are anti-bacterial AEGIS™ treated to help prevent odours.
If your shoes/clogs get WET, stuff them with towels and let them dry naturally–away from direct heat or sunlight– for at least 24 hours. Once dry they will benefit from an application of a neutral-coloured conditioner.
Note for suede or nubuck shoes/clogs:
- Treat with suede protection to assure they keep their appearance, and as with any suede footwear, try not to get them wet.
- We recommend cleaning the upper with a soft suede brush only
DO NOT PUT IN THE WASHING MACHINE/DRYER OR SUBMERGE THEM IN WATER.
