After buying a pair of FitFlop footwear and wearing them throughout the summer, I found my lower back and hip pain from osteo arthritis eased. These boots are on my wish list, not only cause they look great but have the benefits of pain relief to boot!

Hi….I’m really disappointed that Cloggs may not be able to get the beautiful Shakoha - I’ve already bought the Electra and the Mukluk from them. I’m going away for a week on the 9th November and I’m really worried that I won’t get my order in via Net-a-porter - are there any other ways of pre-ordering these boots?

Hi there, I cannot tell enough people about how great FitFlop are! I have a prolapsed disk and since I got my FitFlop footwear my symptoms have improved.. and I wore a cream pair of FitFlop footwear with my wedding dress in September gone past, had the best day and never left the dance floor so comfortable… Now have bought the INUK FitFlop version they are the business!!!

I was so disappointed that the new mukkluk boots are only in a UK size 4 and upwards, and hope that the Anna Sui edition will be available in UK size 3.

These are gorgeous. I was going to order a pair, but 35 euro to ship them to Ireland!!! No way! I just can’t do it. Love the boots though. Will have my eyes out on sticks for a cheaper alternative.

Would like to add my plea that next year you offer winter fit flops in a UK size 3. I have last year’s Billows, which I love and would have bought another longer pair ( as would 2 of my equally small friends ). Very sorry that all boots start in size 4

Hi Natasha, Size 37 is equivalent to a size UK 4, but they have sold out on net-a-porter. All is not lost though, you can register your interest with net-a-porter as they may get some more stock in so you can be the first to know.

Of course I checked Pret-a-porter daily, so I ordered my Shakoha’s a few hours before they send out their mailing. I really didnot want to miss them.
But why is it not possible to purchase these from my regular dealer? And in The Netherlands there are only 2 colors available.

The FitFlops run larfer than normal sized shoes. Normally I need size 11, but a 10 feels fine.

Net-a-porter.com has sold out of many sizes but is expecting more stock of the black boot shortly. We recommend you visit their website and add the product to your wish list as they will let you know when more stock arrives.

I have Neuropathy in feet and legs. Oh my my the shoe is great! Takes away the pain. I bought the Gogh style last winter and then for summer the Walkstar thong. BOTH are perfect for the relief of PAIN. Thank you sooo much for creating them. Keep it going please and add more styles.

Sorry, this season we decided to start the boots at size UK 4. You can still get the Gogh in a size UK 3 until it is warm enough to wear the new spring/summer models which are available in size 3.

Love, Love, LOVE FitFlop! They are the most comfortable shoes ever and worth every penny. I have 2 pairs of the sandals and 2 pairs of the boots (1 pair is the black Anna Sui Shakoha).
