I bought my FitFlop boots last week - for £199 - specifically to wear in the bad weather. The soles have excellent grip; I have felt very ’safe’ and my feet have kept warm and dry. However, the boots are very badly marked. I was advised not to spray before wearing as they had been pre-treated. I inserted the blocks between wearings and dried them out naturally and then brushed with a soft brush - all as instructed. Help! What do I do with them now? (Am bitterly disappointed).

the availability for the mukluk boots is really poor, perhaps if you made more, you would sell more!!!!!!! (and make more money!!)

Sorry to hear you haven’t been able to find a pair of Mukluk boots. The entire winter range sold out incredibly quickly and we have been inundated with requests to find stock. Rest assured that the next winter range will bigger and better.

I have been desperate to purchase a pair of Mukluk, I suffer badly with my feet, and thought they would be ideal for my forthcoming holiday. Do you think I could be lucky to find a pair in New York?

I coach a high school swim team so I spend a lot of time on my feet. I was very happy to see that you all started making shoes. I have been wearing the sandals for 2 - 3 years and enjoy the same level of comfort in the shoes. I can’t wait for a style that ties on, since that is my preference. Keep up the good work - I love your stuff!

Sorry the Mukluk are sold out in most sizes now but there are still a few larger sizes floating around. What size are you looking for?

I love FitFlop! I have 2 pairs of FitFlop sandals, but every time I want to buy the boots they are always sold out! I would love to have the boots for winter time. What to do?
