E-Gift Vouchers

  1. These Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with our website Terms and Conditions and all documents referred to therein. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and our website Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  2. Online gift vouchers may only be redeemed at FITFLOP.COM
  3. You cannot use an online gift voucher to purchase another online gift voucher.
  4. The online gift voucher has a cash redemption value of 0.001p and is non transferable or assignable.
  5. Online gift vouchers cannot be cancelled by the purchaser of the online gift voucher or otherwise, once they have been redeemed in part or in full.
  6. Any unused balance of the online gift voucher after the first transaction will be placed in the recipient's account with FITFLOP.COM and is not transferable. Your balance can be viewed at any time in the ‘My Account’ section of the FITFLOP.COM.
  7. If the order exceeds the amount of the online gift voucher, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
  8. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you redeem your online gift voucher before the expiry date that appears on the online gift voucher. Online gift vouchers and unused portions of online gift vouchers expire one year from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law. Once the online gift voucher has expired we will not extend the expiry date.
  9. Use of FITFLOP.COM is subject to our website Terms and Conditions and all purchases are subject to our website Terms and Conditions except where they conflict with these terms and conditions.
  10. If you cancel an order for any item you have purchased by redeeming your online gift voucher, your FITFLOP.COM account will be credited with the amount redeemed. If you redeemed your online gift voucher in part payment of any item, you have the right to request a cash refund in respect of the amount you paid using your credit/debit card. If you do not request a cash refund your FITFLOP.COM account will be credited with the full amount paid.
  11. FitFlop will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained online gift voucher is either redeemed through FITFLOP.COM or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the FITFLOP.COM
