I am experiencing a pinched nerve at L5S1 lower back since May 07 which causes stab like pain down my leg and pressure like sensation in the lumbar spine. I have walked with a significant limp until trying the sandal and am now finding my gait is improving and am able to endure more walking time. My FITFLOPS are less than a month old June 09. The thong part of the shoe hurts if worn for a longer walking period and I am used to wearing thong type sandals. These are newer to Canada but are very recognizable and people ask me how I like them.
If I switch to my other shoes, I wear Clarks, Merrill, Ecco, Reiker- good quality shoes- I endure more pain
with walking, standing. The makers of FITFLOPS microwobbleboard have something here. Any one with chronic pain are continuously looking for ways to reduce pain in an attempt to better their lifestye. I recommend these and plan to purchase Gogh for the winter months as a slipper. THANKS FOR SOME RELIEF.

Just returned from New Zealand where I was visiting for my son’s wedding. One day, having lunch with my 3 friends, 2 from UK and one from USA, I glanced down and noticed that all four of us were wearing FitFlop! We all swear by them. They are fantastic and ensured that we had happy feet when travelling!
Wearing FitFlop footwear has also been reported to provide relief from plantar fasciitis, heels spurs, chronic back pain, sciatica, osteoarthritis, from lower limb oedema and RLS (restless leg syndrome). Tell us what do your FitFlop footwear do for you?
