FitFlop footwear is built with patent-pending, biomechanically engineered Microwobbleboard™ midsoles. Originally designed to activate leg muscles more, studies show they also offer excellent shock absorption and instant relief from underfoot pressure.
FitFlop footwear has the potential to increase muscle activity duration and workload, so should be used progressively. INSTEP SIZING INFORMATION
FitFlop footwear only comes in whole sizes. If your feet fall somewhere between, opt up a size if you have wide feet or a high instep, and down if you have narrow feet or a low instep. In the US, most people size down to the nearest whole size. In the rest of the world, people generally size up.

- FITFLOP clogs can be worn barefoot or with properly fitting socks.

FITFLOP suede boots/shoes have been DuPont coated for water and stain resistance. The uppers and footbeds are microfibre-lined and anti-bacterial AEGIS™ treated to help prevent odours.
If your FITFLOP suede boots/shoes get WET, stuff them with towels and let them dry naturally–away from direct heat or sunlight–for at least 24 hours.
We recommend cleaning the upper with a soft suede brush only. Specialist suede protectors can be applied from time to time to top-up resistance.
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions carefully.
AVOID PRODUCTS DESIGNED FOR CLEANING LEATHER.
DO NOT PUT IN THE WASHING MACHINE/DRYER.
