To collect your order

  1. Bring proof of your ID to the collection point
  2. Show the unique collection code/bar code to the store assistant

What proof of ID should I bring?

You can use any of the following: driving licence, utility bill, mobile phone bill, wage slip, bank statement, credit/debit card, bank/building society book, passport, cheque book.

If you’re under 18

Bring your National Insurance card, NHS card, or savings book.

Can someone else collect my parcel?

Yes, if they have your proof of ID and your collection code.
