    This was the first time I had bought FitFlops, in fact I hadn't heard of them until I was searching for an alternative to Birkenstocks which were out of stock in my size. I was pleased to learn about FitFlops as a company and their desire to design and manufacture products that are different to everything else on the market. The website was great to use and once ordered, my pair arrived within 2 working days.

    Ease Of Return

    I ordered a pair of Relieff slides and toe post sandals. I love the slides. The toe post sandals weren't for me. I made arrangements to return them through customer service and they made it so fast and easy. I replaced them with my usual yearly purchase of LuLu's. Thank you for having such accommodating customer service.

    I love most of the shoes I've purchased

    I love their shoes and sandals! I started buying these years ago as they were highly recommend by some of the girls working in my local Hudson Bay. I now order them directly from the site and have had over 4 pairs of the flats and about 4 pairs of the sandals. I love the arch support and quality, plus they are stylish and extremely comfortable. My feet don't get sore or fatigued in them, which is a huge plus.
