Exchange process straightforward and speedy

Ordered a pair of Wonderwellies size 6.5. They arrived very quickly but were too tight. I followed the exchange process, returned them and ordered a size 7. New pair arrived (also pretty quickly). Would have preferred a 7.5 but they didn't do that size. However they fit well enough. All in all an easy experience.
