Track Your Order

- The confirmation of dispatch email will contain an ‘order tracking number’ and a link to the website of our nominated courier to enable you to track the status of your delivery. - We aim to dispatch the goods as soon as possible and in most instances, this is within one working day. If you make an error with your email address and don’t receive your tracking link then please contact customer service who will be able to assist you with this. - We will always do our best to meet delivery times, but sometimes there can be delays outside of our control, such as logistics and weather delays. - As part of our delivery process, our delivery partner may request your tax code or personal identification number to ensure the successful delivery of your parcel.

What To Expect On The Day Of Delivery

- The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified. Signatures will no longer be required on receipt of delivery. This is to comply with government health and safety directives. Instead, drivers will sign on your behalf. DPD will record the name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit. With this new process you will still get your full track and trace functionality, giving you complete visibility of all your parcels. This now forms proof of delivery process for all deliveries until further notice. - In order to make sure you receive your goods as soon as possible, if you are not at home when we try to deliver, we might leave your parcel with one of your neighbours. If we do this, we will leave a card stating where the parcel has been left. In case we cannot reach you or your neighbours to receive your parcel, we will leave a card in your letterbox to notify you that we tried to deliver your parcel. Please follow the instructions on the card to re-schedule a delivery day. You will find the contact details on the card.

Brexit – An Update For Our European Customers

We’d like to reassure our European customers that we’re doing everything possible to ensure your FitFlop shopping experience is just as smooth and easy after Brexit. PLEASE KEEP SHOPPING!   - You can still buy all the shoes (and sneakers, sandals, boots, slippers...) you love and place your orders as normal on FitFlop. - We’ve made sure you have no extra duties/taxes to pay. - But adjusting to the new Brexit trade arrangements may affect delivery times depending on your location.   **Will I have to pay extra costs when my shoes are delivered?** - NO!!! You should not be asked to pay any extra duties or taxes when your shoes arrive. (If you are asked for extra payment please email our customer services on [info.eu@fitflop.com](mailto:info.eu@fitflop.com).)   **Will there be delays in delivering my shoes?** - We’re working as usual and shipping our shoes as quickly as we can from our UK warehouse. Unfortunately, due to transport situations outside our control, there are currently potential delays to some EU destinations. If this may affect your delivery, we’ll notify you as soon as we can. We ask for your patience during this (hopefully short) post-Brexit ‘settling in’ period.
