    Great loafers!

    I initially missed out on these loafers due to stock issues. Customer service were super helpful and advised how I might be able to reorder. I reordered, they arrived really quickly and I’m super pleased with them. Love the chunkiness but feel really light. They’re also super comfy

    Love fit flops. I actually hiked in the Lulu’s in Yellowstone park. I can walk all day in them.

    Great product. Great packaging. Prompt delivery. Wellies are true to size and very comfortable. I would have preferred them a little longer in the leg, 5 - 7cm maybe, just think they look a bit smarter.

    I bought the ballerina shoes and they are excellent. Very comfortable and good quality. The customer service is brilliant as I bought a size 7 but found it too large so exchanged for 6.5. Return was easy and replacement shoes arrived within a few days.

    Good customer service

    Ordered two pair of shoes but when package was delivered it had been opened and only one pair of shoes were in package. After a series of emails inc photos of package and cctv of delivery I was refunded for the shoes not delivered. I reordered the shoes and am very happy with them good fit and very comfortable
