### Exchanges & Returns  

We have extended our returns period for the festive season. Any order placed from 1st November 2025 can be exchanged or returned until 15th January 2026.

### How Do I Exchange An Item?   1\. Login to our online [exchange portal](https://www.fitflop.com/us/en/exchange), using your order number and email address. 2\. Select the item you want to exchange then choose your replacement item on our online store. 3\. Shortly after placing your exchange order you will receive a return label and instructions for UPS drop off. 4\. We will ship your new order within 3-5 business days of your return being delivered to our warehouse and we’ll email you again when your order is on it’s way to you.
### How Do I Return?   We've gone paperless so won’t find a label in your parcel. 1\. Login to our online [returns portal](https://row.ups.com/Entry/AuthorizedReturns/a2ecf8f6-f49f-4f29-a6ef-a1b08a14ec6c) 2\. Follow the instructions (you’ll need your email address, phone number & order number) 3\. Print your return label 4\. Package up your return securely 5\. Take it to a UPS drop off location
### A Few Important Things To Note:  

The item(s) returned must be in their unworn, original condition without having been worn outdoors. This includes all packaging and labelling. (If you’re trying footwear on for fit, may we suggest you stay inside while you walk around in them?) . The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so please do take care to pack your return properly and seal it well.

It’s a good idea to ask for proof of postage receipt from UPS.

### Frequently Asked Questions   **Are returns & exchanges free of charge?** Yes, returns and exchanges are FREE on all orders and we don’t charge a restocking fee. Please use our returns portal to get your free returns label.   **How much time do I have to return or exchange the items?** You have 28 days from when you receive your order to return it or request an exchange. If we do not receive your return within 28 days, your exchange will be cancelled.   **How long will my refund take to process?** You can keep an eye on your return on the UPS website using the tracking number which can be found on your receipt. Once your order is showing as delivered to our warehouse, it can take up to 10 working days for it to be processed.   **Where can I find my order number?** You can locate your FitFlop order number in a few different places:

- UPS: Bottom left corner of the label. - FedEx: Just above the barcode, under the city and ZIP code. **Confirmation Email:** Your order number is also included in the email you received when your purchase was confirmed.   **How long does the refund take?** We normally process returns quickly but it can take up to 2 weeks during busy periods like sale. You’ll receive an email to confirm when it has been processed, and the refund may take a few business days to clear back into your account.   **Will my initial shipping fee be refunded?** No, if you paid for shipping on the original order this will not be refunded.   **Can I return items purchased on Fitflop.com in store?** No, we’re sorry but items purchased from fitflop.com can only be returned to our warehouse via the method described on this page.   If you have any difficulty or have any other queries regarding the returns service, customer service will be able to assist at [info.us@fitflop.com](mailto:info.us@fitflop.com) or on 877-861-1988.
