Returns Procedure

  1. If for some reason you wish to return any product purchased on our website, you should follow the return instructions provided on our returns portal. Please click here to navigate to the portal. In order to login, please enter your email address, phone number and order ID. This information must be input exactly as input during order placement. Please follow instructions to find order and print return label. Then please return.
  2. All items (excluding FINAL SALE) can be returned within 28 days from the date of receipt using the returns label obtained via the return portal.
  3. Please note we do not process exchanges therefore please follow our returns policy to send back your order.
  4. Products in our SALE / OUTLET (clearly identified on our website) can be returned to the warehouse up to 28 days from the date of purchase. Please note that restocking fee will deduct $6.39 from your refund.

  5. Final sale products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If products in our Final sale (clearly identified on our website) are returned to the warehouse a restocking fee will deduct $6.39 from your refund. 
  6. You should obtain a receipt for your return package from UPS, which can be used to track the item(s) you are returning, should for some reason they don't arrive at our warehouse. We unfortunately cannot accept liability for returned goods that we don't receive, or for those that get damaged in shipping on their return.

All purchases from 1 November 2023 have an extended returns policy until 15.01.2024. So you can shop early—and relax later. 

Things to note

  • Returns are accepted up to 28 days from the date your order is delivered.
  • In all cases, except where an item is faulty, the item(s) returned must be in their original and saleable condition without having been worn outdoors. This includes all packaging and labelling. (If you’re trying them on for fit, may we suggest you stay inside while you walk around in them?)
  • All footwear will be inspected on return.
  • Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure you package them up well to prevent any damage or lost shoes during shipping.
  • The initial SHIPPING & HANDLING charge incurred in ordering the Product(s) being returned IS NON-REFUNDABLE (unless otherwise stated).
  • Please indicate the REASON FOR RETURN using the CODES provided within the returns portal. 
  • We process refunds for Products within 14 business days of receipt and will notify you by email when your return has been processed. During busy periods and sale, returns might take a little longer to process.
  • In the odd instance that items have been shipped to you that do not conform to your original order, we will refund you both your shipping & handling charge incurred in ordering the Product(s) being returned and return postage. Please use the [UPS] returns label provided on your receipt or return the items to us using [UPS] via the returns portal. Please click here to navigate to the portal.
  • Sorry, but items purchased from FITFLOP.COM may not be returned via any of our retailer partners, as selections and styles vary from retailer to retailer.
