We have extended our returns period for the festive season. Any order placed from 1st November 2025 can be exchanged or returned until 15th January 2026.
The item(s) returned must be in their unworn, original condition without having been worn outdoors. This includes all packaging and labelling. (If you’re trying footwear on for fit, may we suggest you stay inside while you walk around in them?) . The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so please do take care to pack your return properly and seal it well.
It’s a good idea to ask for proof of postage receipt from UPS.

- UPS: Bottom left corner of the label. - FedEx: Just above the barcode, under the city and ZIP code. **Confirmation Email:** Your order number is also included in the email you received when your purchase was confirmed. **How long does the refund take?** We normally process returns quickly but it can take up to 2 weeks during busy periods like sale. You’ll receive an email to confirm when it has been processed, and the refund may take a few business days to clear back into your account. **Will my initial shipping fee be refunded?** No, if you paid for shipping on the original order this will not be refunded. **Can I return items purchased on Fitflop.com in store?** No, we’re sorry but items purchased from fitflop.com can only be returned to our warehouse via the method described on this page.
