Great shoes, great experience

I ordered boots from the website. They arrived promptly and well packaged. Fit Flop offers free returns, which is important to me when I order anything online. Fortunately, the boots fit perfectly and I didn’t have to return. I love Fit Flop products and own several sandals, shoes, and boots. They are all super comfortable! My favorite brand of footwear.

Excellent customer service

I had a problem with my item not arriving just the bag that the boots were supposed to come in. I called Fitflop and they sent a new pair out immediately. The customer service was fantastic and the boots as always really comfortable.

Great flipflop

Great flipflop; I have been using this for 2 weeks now. Side straps don't touch back of feet; toes are fully covered underneath; nice feel and look; I have been used to this kind of open footwear and always used branded flatbed ones but they wear out and my heel begins to hurt. I am wondering if it would slip when the bottom wears out - there is not much room for traction. But I am happy with this.

Stylish comfortable shoes

Stylish comfortable shoes, have helped tremendously with planta fasciitis, almost to the point that the pain has disappeared. All my footwear is now Fitflop from trainers to dress shoes. Half sizes ensure a correct fit.

Great customer service and fast return…

Great customer service and fast return when you need to re size. The only thing I would say is that I am usually a US 8.5 and in fitflop I'm a 8. The size charts aren't accurate but the shoes are great quality

Pure comfort with style

I have been a fan of fitflop shoes for years and find them high quality and great for support and my warm out feet! Their unique sole design certainly helps fallen arches and very tired feet. Good service and have never returned any of them. Thoroughly recommend these high quality shoes
