    The products are excellent

    The products are excellent, and arrive when they should. On the rare occasion I have needed to return something, it is a very easy process. In fact, because of a foot condition I have (collapsed metatarsals) FitFlop are the only footwear I wear, and I have most styles from indoor slippers to Wellington boots as when wearing them, I don’t get the pain experienced from wearing ordinary shoes.

    Lovely to look at and comfortable too

    I ordered these sandals as soon as I saw them on the Fitflop website. It was love at first sight because they are beautiful and I knew that they would be as comfortable as all Fitflop footwear is. They are true to size, I have many pairs of Fitflop sandals and always buy a size 7. :)

    Really impressed.

    Spotted an ad on social media for some hiking fitflops, and all the reviews talked about how comfy they are. So ordered a pair. Initially in camo green, but the colour did not suit me, so got them exchanged for black. They are amazing. So comfy. Fit my feet like a dream. Feel like I'm walking on air. The process of exchanging was also really simple. Really impressed with FitFlop and would definitely order other shoes from them.

    Issue with one of the products

    I recently had an issue with fitflop walking sandals where I had to contact the customer service team. They fully engaged with me, were very fair and they quickly resolved the matter. Scarlett was the representative on their customer service team and she was very helpful and respectful. I am a long time customer of fitflop and I will continue to be so.

    Extremely comfortable, even on long walks. No foot slipping, toe-post rubbing etc as with other arch support flip flops. Will definitely purchase from FitFlop again.
