Exchange process straightforward and speedy

Ordered a pair of Wonderwellies size 6.5. They arrived very quickly but were too tight. I followed the exchange process, returned them and ordered a size 7. New pair arrived (also pretty quickly). Would have preferred a 7.5 but they didn't do that size. However they fit well enough. All in all an easy experience.

Excellent delivery service

Excellent delivery service. I ordered Monday evening and DPD delivered 10.30 Tuesday morning. And we live in the sticks! Very pleased with the sandals too!

Very quick to arrive

Very quick to arrive, bit slower to receive notification of a return. Good quality shoes. Would love to have kept them but the brogues are very narrow and I didn’t want to take the risk that it would stretch to fit.

Fit Flops are the best

Best walks

Their shoes are extremely comfortable and have solved all the problems I had with my feet. The service Is quick and reliable. Pity they sometimes discontinue the production of some models which I find perfect.

I’m pretty darn sure that FitFlop’s Microwobbleboard is the single-most fabulous thing to ever happen to my feet. I currently own seven different styles and I love ALL of them. Sizing is consistent whether they are sandals or boots. I love love love FitFlop!
