Guiding individuals towards personal growth, life coach and mindfulness teacher Alyonka Larionov is a passionate mental health and wellness advocate. Drawing from her own experience with an eating disorder, Alyonka’s goal is to guide individuals back to themselves, empowering them to live a fulfilling and authentic life.   “It took me a long time to feel comfortable in my skin and my own being,” she says. “I suffered from an eating disorder for 10 years that nearly took my life. The way that I got comfortable with myself was to get to know myself. I love the saying ‘tell your story and tell is boldly.’”   ### Watch the full video below:
